Happy Halloween! I hope everyone has a fun and safe night trick-or-treating! Thank you to the wonderful parents that came to party with us: Mrs. Mason, Mrs. Probst, Mrs. Jorgensen, Ms. Michaelis, and Mrs. Rigby! Today was full of Halloween fun with the parade, the party, and art. I am exhausted from all of the activities!
Tomorrow we will start a new chapter in math. This week we will learn to use two strategies to help us become efficient at subtraction. Most strategies will look like those that we learned to help with addition.
This week we will be reading and writing about how to help others. The texts for this week will have characters who help around the community. The first graders will write about ways they can help as well.
Have a wonderful week!
